We are seeking an Automotive Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, enhance the guest experience, and develop the team in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
- Lead shift activities, ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Greet customers, explain services, build estimates, and close sales confidently
- Act as liaison between technicians and customers, translating inspections into recommendations
- Coach team members, reinforce processes, and celebrate successes
- Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, KPIs, and compliance
- Cover store leadership in the absence of the manager and model high standards
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of automotive service management or retail repair leadership experience, strong service sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work during peak hours, including weekends.
