Location: Olney, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus two Saturdays per month (7:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $30.00–$37.00 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Earning Potential: $60,000–$75,000+ annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Alignment Technician to join our busy, high-volume repair shop in Olney, Maryland. Key Responsibilities

• Perform 4–7 wheel alignments per day.
• Diagnose and correct alignment, steering, and suspension concerns.
• Perform occasional brake and suspension repairs.
• Inspect steering and suspension components for wear and recommend necessary repairs.
• Document repair recommendations using shop management software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional automotive alignment experience.
• Strong understanding of steering, suspension, and wheel alignment systems.
• Experience performing brake and suspension repairs.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable work habits.
