At Burns Honda, our Acquisitions Specialists are responsible for sourcing, appraising, and purchasing vehicles directly from customers. You are the front line of inventory growth - and the better you perform, the more you earn. Simple as that.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunt down inventory – inbound leads, equity mining, service drive, and outbound prospecting
- Appraise and purchase vehicles with confidence and speed
- Negotiate directly with customers - over the phone, text, email, and in person
- Work the CRM like a pro - no missed opportunities, no lazy follow-up
- Track the market daily - pricing, demand, and trends should be second nature
- Partner with Sales & Service to identify high-demand inventory needs
- Ensure clean deals - titles, Carfax, documentation, compliance
Who You Are
- You don't wait for leads - you create opportunities

- You can build trust fast and control a negotiation without being pushy
- You understand that speed = money in this business
- Experience in automotive, BDC, sales, or buying is a plus - but mindset > resume
