About the role
Reckitt is seeking a hands-on Automation Technician who can bring innovation and skill to one of our manufacturing sites. In this role, youll guide your team through the exciting journey of developing new products and improving processes for some of the most trusted healthcare brands. Your expertise will be the driving force behind flawless production and the seamless launch of new items that will impact lives globally. Your responsibilities
The experience were looking for
Licensed Electrician with 5+ years' experience in the automation field or one of the following Associates degrees; Electrical, Automation, Process or Chemical Engineering preferred with 2+ years' experience within an
Infant Formula, Food, Nutrition, or Pharmaceutical company
Deep experience working with Allen Bradley PLCs programming are required. Knowledge of building automation system (including Metasys) or Distributed Control Systems and batch Delta V will be a big plus
PLC's - PLC-5, SLC-500, and ControlLogix / CompactLogix
Factory Talk View Studio ME, SE and PanelView Plus
PlantPAx
Basic Knowledge of CAD software
Experienced in controls and industrial wiring
Knowledge of industrial computer and automation network/communication protocols including Ethernet TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS and/or BACnet and etc. to support project development, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of database historian systems such as OSI PI, VM, Microsoft SQL, Production reports data collection and etc will be a big plus.
Understanding of maintenance best practices, safety, quality, cost, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet or exceed expected goals and work in a fast paced and changing environment

US salary ranges
USD $95,000.00 - $143,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
