• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience with industrial automation, electrical systems, and machine controls
• Hands-on experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), PCs, PACs, or similar industrial controller systems
• Experience with HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces)
• Knowledge of motors, motor starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), DC drives, and motion control systems
• Experience troubleshooting industrial communication networks including Ethernet, serial communications, and PROFIBUS
• Ability to program, configure, and troubleshoot automation control systems
• Knowledge of control panels, sensors, actuators, machine vision systems, and industrial equipment
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and technical troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation equipment and control systems
• Configure and program machine control systems including PLCs, PCs, PACs, and HMIs
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, software, and communication issues
• Ensure production line systems are properly connected, communicating, and operating as designed
• Troubleshoot industrial communication networks including serial, Ethernet, PROFIBUS DP, and PROFIBUS PA
• Perform system testing, calibration, upgrades, and equipment modifications
• Support installation and commissioning of machinery and automation systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot control panels, sensors, motor systems, drives, actuators, and motion controls
• Provide technical support and training for customers on automation equipment and systems
• Travel frequently to customer locations as required
