High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Automation preferred.
2–5 years of experience in injection molding or assembly automation.
Hands-on experience with robot programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial sensors, EOAT, and ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Troubleshoot and repair automation systems, including robots, PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, sensors, vision systems, and electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
Program, modify, and optimize robots (Sepro, Fanuc, Yushin, Wittmann) for part handling, degating, packaging, and cycle time improvements.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrate equipment, replace components, and maintain maintenance records.
Support mold trials, new product launches, automation setup, and continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, FDA, and GMP standards.
