As an Automation Technician IV, you will serve as a senior technical leader within the automation support team. You will lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, mentor junior technicians, drive large-scale equipment improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to support high-volume automated manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in developing technical standards, evaluating new automation technology, and ensuring system performance at scale.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Assets Reliability
GED, High School Diploma, or Associate's degree in engineering, automation, or related technical discipline
8+ years hands-on experience in automated manufacturing systems
Proven expertise with industrial control systems, including PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Strong proficiency with machine vision systems and robotic automation platforms
Solid understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and industrial networking
Experience with SolidWorks and CAD software for tooling design and documentation
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode analysis (FMEA)
Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional technical teams
Ability to read and interpret advanced schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement
Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical training sessions
