- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated production equipment
- Assist in PLC and HMI program modifications under engineering supervision
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automation systems
- Monitor production line performance and help identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure proper functioning of sensors, actuators, and other control components
- Read and follow technical documentation and wiring diagrams
- Cooperate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Technical qualification in mechatronics, electrical, or automation field
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar)
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Hands-on experience with maintenance or troubleshooting of production machinery
- Accuracy, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
- Shift work flexibility if required
- Advantage: experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
