We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethical standards as an Automation Program Delivery Manager supporting a large scale capital project in Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Oversight of health of all projects within a program
- Support project wide communications
- Interface to the Global Facilities Delivery program leadership
- Manage and engage the automation PMO project controls team to accomplish the following:
- Completion comprehensive automation project budget, cost and forecast tracking and reporting
- Generation of monthly reports to stakeholders
- Management of a centralized issue tracking system and metrics dashboard
- Develop and maintain project automation schedule management
- Develop and maintain project reports and KPIs
- Manage automation platform projects e.g. DeltaV Hardware, PAT etc.
- Member of the program automation leadership team
Qualifications:
- BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing)
- Previous Drug Substance Pharmaceutical large project experience
- Experience in supporting large (>$10M) automation projects
- Ability to develop and generate budgets and reports (incl./ KPIs)
- Proficiency in commonly used project management tools (scheduling P6/MS Project), metrics, risk management)
- Formal Project Management credentials
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
