We are seeking a hands-on, process-driven Production Supervisor to lead automated catalytic converter production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising a small team, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, and supporting startup and ramp-up of a new highly automated line.
Candidate will promote a safety-first culture, manage team development, implement continuous improvement strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements include 3-5 years of supervisory experience in automated manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, knowledge of automation systems, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Bilingual skills and technical certifications are a plus.
