Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising operators, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, and supporting process validation.
The role requires strong leadership, automation knowledge (PLCs, sensors, vision systems), and experience in manufacturing environments, preferably automotive or precision assembly.
Candidates should have 3–5 years supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
