This is a unique opportunity to join a team supporting the launch of advanced Jenbacher engine production in Waukesha. The role will help establish the maintenance, automation, and equipment reliability foundation for a major manufacturing ramp-up.
We are seeking a hands-on Automation Maintenance Technician to support the startup, ramp-up, and ongoing operation of advanced manufacturing equipment in Waukesha. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of automated systems through troubleshooting, system support, and participation in continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
As one of our first Robotics and Controls technicians, you’ll have the unique opportunity to complete specialized training at our strategic production hub in Jenbach, Austria. You’ll gain exceptional expertise and then bring that knowledge back to Waukesha to help train and mentor your colleagues.
