You start your morning on the Reagent Operations floor in Chaska, MN. An HMI alarm from an automated filler kicks off your first task: isolate the fault, trace I/O, and bring the line back up safely. By midday you’re tuning a servo axis, validating a vision inspection recipe, and documenting a corrective action with our Manufacturing Process Engineering team. Before shift-end, you collaborate with a vendor on a parts upgrade and help commission a new station—another contribution to the reliability of an FDA‑regulated production line that ultimately supports patient care worldwide.
This is the impact you’ll have as an Automation Equipment Reliability Technician at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher. Our clinical diagnostics solutions support more than one million tests every hour, touching 1.2 billion patients and over three million clinicians each year.
Location and team: On‑site in Chaska, MN, embedded with our Manufacturing Process Engineering team supporting high‑volume reagent manufacturing.
