Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in automation, controls, or manufacturing environments
- Experience in equipment implementation and integration
- Experience in project management preferred
Technical Skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley preferred)
- HMI/SCADA development (e.g., FactoryTalk)
- Robotic programming and troubleshooting (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa preferred)
- Machine vision systems (e.g., Keyence)
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- CAD software proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Understanding of IT/OT integration, process control strategies, and industrial networks
