You'll work directly with collaborators across the business—operations, engineering, corporate functions—to design intuitive solutions and deliver automations, visualizations, and technology collaboration tools that enable decision‑making and drive The Re:Build Way.This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role that blends business analysis, solution architecture, development, and continuous improvement.NOTE: This position is cross‑posted across all Re:Build Manufacturing locations.What you get to do!Design & Build Automation SolutionsDeliver automation and workflow solutions using tools such as Power Automate, RPA, integration platforms, collaboration tools, dashboards, and AI/ML capabilities.Analyze business requirements across functional, performance, availability and security dimensions.Architect solution designs and participate in technical and functional design reviews.Configure, script and develop automation solutions using best practices for reliability, security and maintainability.Create and refine dashboards, reports and visualizations that turn raw data into actionable insights.Testing, Deployment & QualityPerform unit, integration, system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.Build deployment packages and coordinate structured deployments across Dev/Test/Production environments.Implement monitoring, alerting and data integrity checks for all deployed automation.Support, Troubleshooting & TrainingProvide Tier 3 support for automation tools and integration workflows; assist Tier 1 & 2 as needed.Solve complex issues, communicate status to collaborators and ensure minimal business disruption.Maintain documentation, user guides and training materials; deliver training to end users.Continuous Improvement & CollaborationProactively find opportunities to automate, simplify and optimize processes.Ensure all work aligns with cybersecurity, UI/UX and architecture standards.Mentor peers and collaborate across IT and business functions with a “one team” approach.Meet service‑level expectations, maintain accurate work estimates and follow all company policies and processes.Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell, Python and related scripting methods.Travel to Re:Build locations as needed to support enterprise initiatives.What you bring to the TeamRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (or related field)Five or more years of experience specifically as an automation/integration engineer.Strong hands‑on experience with:Microsoft Power Automate (workflow + RPA preferred)Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint, Teams and related toolsPower BI for dashboards and reportingSQL Server or cloud‑native databasesSQL and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)System and application integration frameworksAutomating IT systems and processesDemonstrated success in:Full lifecycle solution delivery (requirements design build test deploy support)Working directly with end users and technical teams to understand processes and translate them into solutionsAgile/Scrum development practicesDeploying solutions across non‑production and production environmentsApplying UI/UX and cybersecurity standard methodologiesUsing AI/ML tools to enhance automation or decision‑makingRapidly learning new technologies and applying them in practical waysPreferred ExperienceBasic networking concepts (protocols, routing, information flow)Operating systems and server infrastructureCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)UIPath or other RPA toolsBPMN process modelingITIL processesERP or other core business systemsManufacturing environments or Lean principlesLocation: Commutable to either of our Commerce City, CO location.Hours: Hybrid Work Week – 3 days in / 2 days remote.Compensation: Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $140,000, plus annual cash bonus and long‑term incentive.Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
