We provide the highest-quality pathology services to physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospitals across the region.Position OverviewWe\'re seeking a mid-level Python Automation Developer to build automation scripts that help streamline operations across our business—from laboratories to HR, Accounting, Finance, Client Services, Sales, and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunitiesDevelop Python scripts to automate workflows, data processing, and reportingIntegrate with Microsoft 365 applications and APIsTest, deploy, and maintain automation solutionsCollaborate with teams across departments to understand needs and deliver solutionsDocument your work clearly for others to maintainRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience integrating with REST APIs and web servicesMicrosoft 365 experience (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Graph API)Version control (Git) and production deployment experienceExperience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)Ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersBonus SkillsExperience with Power AutomateMachine Learning and LLM experienceKnowledge of AI agents and agentic workflowsHealthcare or regulated industry experiencePreferredOpen-minded and eager to learn new technologiesBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field3-6 years of automation development experienceAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsSagis Diagnostics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
