Role Snapshot
- Focus: Elevate equipment reliability, performance, and uptime by blending electrical/mechanical know-how with analytical troubleshooting.
- Impact: Reduce unplanned downtime, optimize systems, and embed a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose faults across electrical, mechanical, and control platforms.
- Implement corrective actions that solve root causes and measurably improve line performance.
- Develop PM strategies; interpret and apply schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
- Support automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
Preferred
- Associate's degree
- Allen-Bradley PLC experience (programming, troubleshooting, hardware)
