Collaborate with various departments to analyze and improve both current and new processes for greater capability, efficiency, and productivity. Utilize your skills in root cause analysis to identify and remedy performance bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement and measurable performance uplift. Manage projects comprehensively, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives and collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and propose enhancements to manufacturing processes meeting business demands and improving operations.
- Develop and implement automation and control systems, leveraging process analysis, design expertise, and stakeholder insights.
- Draft and present business cases for capital investment and improvement projects.
- Execute project plans effectively to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with managers to foster improvements in process capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven insights to close performance gaps with sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate a team environment that promotes communication and cross-department cooperation aligned with company objectives.
- Design training programs to optimize production flow, safety standards, and output quality goals.
- Provide control system expertise for new equipment installations and modifications, ensuring they meet standardization and integration needs.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing technical projects, including budget and timeline oversight.
- Familiarity with ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause approaches.
- Skilled in using measurement tools, technical drawing interpretation, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Strong communication abilities for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience in industrial environments, focused on automation and control systems.
