As an Automated Palletizing & Stacking Operator, you’ll keep our stacking line humming, move materials with a sit-down forklift, and ensure every order leaves exactly as specified. This is a growth-focused role on a fast-moving team with clear career paths.

A Day in the Life

• 2:00 pm — Start-up: Review work orders and product labels, verify order numbers, and stage materials with a sit-down forklift.
• Run & Monitor: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the stacking equipment; load pallets using the cardboard applicator; keep the line supplied and flowing.
• Dial it in: Use the HMI to make on-the-fly adjustments so stacks are accurate, stable, and efficient.
• Quality & Accuracy: Cross-check labels, part numbers, and work orders to confirm everything matches.
• Keep it moving: Transfer finished product to shipping trailers using the sit-down forklift.
• Team handoff: Communicate with teammates, document key settings, and prep for the next run.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience operating production equipment; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience with HMI touch screens (setting parameters, adjustments, basic diagnostics).
• Proven sit-down forklift experience and current forklift license.
• Comfort working with order numbers and reading work orders and product labels for exact matches.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting.
• Good previous work history and reliability.

Schedule

• Shift: 2nd shift
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 2pm – 12:30
• Training: May be on 1st or 2nd shift.
