Step Into a Day on Our Automated Stamping Line
Before the first coil feeds and the first stroke cycles, you arrive with a plan. You verify parameters, load the correct part program, and dial in feed rates so the press, feed line, and dies work in sync. You validate the die setup with first-piece checks, watch indicators as production ramps, and keep documentation tight so quality and safety never miss a beat. When an issue appears, you troubleshoot quickly—sometimes replacing a punch, sometimes opening a work order for the die shop—so uptime stays high and parts meet spec.
