Operator 1, Machine Compensation: pay $19.50/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential ; benefits available after 90 days ; 401(k) match available after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Operator 1, Machine Highlights: contract role (approx. 18 weeks ) with potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (overnight); overtime as needed ; on-site

Operator 1, Machine Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and monitor automated assembly machines and related equipment per SOPs
• Load components/materials; verify correct parts/labels and machine settings for the work order
• Perform in-process checks and visual inspections; identify/segregate nonconforming material
• Complete required production records, logs, and batch documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean/organized work area; perform routine equipment cleaning per GMP/safety practices
• Escalate equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality concerns to the lead/supervisor; assist with basic troubleshooting (within scope)
• Rotate across tasks/workstations as assigned; support coworkers and team goals

Operator 1, Machine Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; prior manufacturing/production experience in a machine-paced environment; ability to read/write/follow instructions in English; basic math; attention to detail; punctual and reliable attendance (especially first 90 days)

Operator 1, Machine Preferred Qualifications

• GMP / regulated manufacturing experience
• Experience with quality documentation, labeling, packing/packaging, or inspection
• Familiarity with ISO standards and clean/organized production environments
