Seeking hands-on leaders for technician roles at a busy recon center.
Key responsibilities include
- inspecting and diagnosing used vehicles for repairs, safety, and cosmetic needs,
- performing mechanical repairs such as engine diagnostics, brakes, and suspension work,
- detailing vehicles through exterior polishing, waxing, interior cleaning, and touch-ups,
- documenting services and coordinating workflow, and
- maintaining safety compliance in the work area.
Qualifications include a strong understanding of vehicle reconditioning processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of reconditioning. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
