Overview:
Tucciarone's Auto & Truck Repair is a well‐established and reputable automotive repair facility in Clarence. We are dedicated to providing top of the line customer service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our privately owned business.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicles & check engine lights, noises, etc.
- Routine maintenance of vehicles ‐ oil changes, brake jobs, tire replacement, and vehicle inspections.
- Advise manager of currently needed repairs and future repairs of the vehicle to the manager.
- Call for ordering and pricing of parts for necessary repairs
- Assist in keeping a clean work environment: sweeping, empty oil containers, preparing parts for returns, and putting stock parts away.
- Other duties as assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Basic set of automotive related tools
- Automotive repair experience
- Ability to communicate with fellow employees
- NYS inspectors license (preferred, not required)
- No criminal history
Hours of Operation:
- Monday‐ Friday - 7:00am ‐ 4:30pm
- 40‐hour work week (Hours are flexible pending on scheduled appointments)
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly salary - $18 - $30 p/h based on experience
