What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brakes
- Complete steering, suspension, battery, and alignment work
- Troubleshoot using modern diagnostic tools and technology
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work alongside technicians and service advisors to deliver great service
- Mentor teammates and continue developing your skills
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of automotive repair experience OR 3+ years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- State inspector’s license (where applicable)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Desire to grow your career long-term
