What You'll Do

As an Automotive Repair Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while helping maintain the high level of service our customers have trusted for generations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Brake repairs
  • Tire services
  • Wheel alignments
  • Drivability diagnostics
  • Drivetrain repairs
  • Preventive maintenance
  • General automotive repair
  • Communicate repair recommendations with customers as needed
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to deliver quality repairs

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Experience performing brakes, alignments, tires, drivability, drivetrain, and general repair
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift 70-100 lbs
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASE Certifications
  • Master Technician certification (preferred but not required)
  • Previous flat-rate experience
  • Ability to consistently produce 30-60+ billed hours weekly

Compensation

Flat Rate Pay

A-Level Technician

  • $40-$55/hour
  • Typical annual earnings: $70,000-$110,000+
  • Top performers can earn up to $150,000 annually

B-Level Technician

  • $30-$45/hour
  • Earning potential of $60,000-$100,000

C-Level Technician

  • $20 to $35/hour
  • Earning potential of $50,000-$90,000

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:45 AM-4:30 PM
  • Typical workweek: 45-48 hours
  • No weekends
