The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment. This is not a clipboard role — it’s a leadership seat where you’ll:
Lead by example on the shop floor
Drive team culture, production, and profitability
Manage KPIs, scheduling, dispatching, and shop flow
Mentor service advisors and technicians to record-level performance

The Right Candidate
5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive shop
Strong understanding of KPIs, gross profit, and accountability
Proven success leading service advisors and technicians
Confident managing dispatching, scheduling, and shop operations
Comfortable working 60–65 hours per week, including weekends as needed
Leads with standards, structure, and consistency
European car experience is a plus, but strong operators from any high-volume background are welcome
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses tied to gross profit and team performance
On-Target Earnings: $150,000–$160,000+
High performers earn like high performers — no cap on growth
