Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant you will build long lasting relationships with our guests. Your main priority is making sure our guests receive the best information and guidance towards their vehicle lease or purchase. Your priority is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to ensure our guests become customers for life. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle, their needs, and their budget.

We provide in house paid training , 401K, paid time off, extremely competitive pay plans, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

-Sales consultants are responsible for starting a dialogue with the customer and presenting the right vehicle.

-Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

-Cultivate knowledge about our wide range of products and remain certified through Volvo's Online training portal -Negotiate the price of the vehicle and convey details to management that could help result in a happy customer taking home a new or pre owned vehicle

Qualifications:

Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Self Motivated

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
