Auto Sales Representative

APO NWA SPRINGDALE is look to add a few Sales Representatives to the team. As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving vehicle sales by prospecting new customers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. Working within small to medium-sized teams, this role demands strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers through lead generation activities
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently
• Manage customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives
