Champion Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic person who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and providing top-tier service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-store and online
Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties clearly
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership’s CRM system
Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies
Previous automotive sales experience not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer and CRM skills
