Auto Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities

• Help clients through the full buying journey - from first contact to post-sale follow-up
• Match customers with the right vehicle for their lifestyle, whether it's city luxury or off-road adventure
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge across our luxury and overlanding inventory
• Communicate via phone, email, text, video, and social media - wherever your clients live
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Stay grounded, have fun, and enjoy being part of a team that actually enjoys coming to work

Auto Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Prior auto sales experience required (luxury, lifestyle, or overlanding brands a major plus)
• Professional and personable - you know how to connect without being pushy
• Tech-comfortable: CRM systems, texting platforms, social media tools, video walkarounds, etc.
• Self-driven with a strong follow-through mentality
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Passion for vehicles - from high-end German luxury to rugged 4x4s with rooftop tents

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
