Auto Repair Shop Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the auto repair shop, including scheduling, budgeting, and employee management
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by monitoring work performance and providing feedback to team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Implement and maintain safe and efficient working procedures and practices
- Track and manage inventory levels and ensure the timely ordering of supplies and parts
- Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to improve profitability and growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards and requirements

- Previous experience in auto repair or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Background in sales or business management
- Certification from recognized automotive institutions

- 5+ years of experience in an auto repair shop management role
