Job Details
  • Defend insurers and insured clients in third-party automobile liability matters across New Jersey state courts
  • Handle all phases of civil litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
  • Manage courtroom appearances independently, including hearings and trial proceedings
  • Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and discovery responses
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout case lifecycle

Looking For:

  • New Jersey Bar Admission
  • 3+ years of experience with a focus on auto / third-party matters
