Your role as a Auto Dealership Salesperson

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and want their earning potential to directly reflect their effort and skill.

What You'll Do

  • Engage customers in person, by phone, and through digital leads

  • Identify customer needs and match them with new or pre-owned vehicles

  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

  • Negotiate pricing, trade values, and deal structures with management

  • Close vehicle sales and manage the process through delivery

  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

  • Stay current on vehicle features, incentives, and market trends


What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated individuals comfortable working in a commission-only environment

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
