**Job Overview:**

Glory Nissan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Auto Dealership Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive results in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales department, develop strategic sales initiatives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, a proven track record in sales management, and exceptional leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Foster an engaging and supportive work environment that encourages professional development and high employee morale.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Manage inventory levels and partnership with the service department to optimize vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to upper management regarding sales performance, market trends, and team dynamics.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong understanding of auto dealership operations and financial principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that positively impact sales performance.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
