Job Title: Auto Collections / Loan Servicing Agent

Location: 7100 E. McDowell Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $20-$23/hour (DOE)

Our Scottsdale location is hiring an Auto Collections/Loan Servicing Agent to join our team. We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in customer communication, negotiation, and account resolution. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and compliance
  • Follow established collections call models and techniques
  • Perform skip-tracing to locate customers and update account information
  • Accurately document account activity and customer interactions
  • Process payments via check-by-phone and ACH transactions
  • Support daily collections operations and perform additional duties

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of collections experience in sub-prime auto finance
  • Working knowledge of FDCPA regulations and applicable state laws
  • Strong negotiation, skip-tracing, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
