Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $20-$23/hour (DOE)

Our Scottsdale location is hiring an Auto Collections/Loan Servicing Agent to join our team. We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in customer communication, negotiation, and account resolution. Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and compliance
- Follow established collections call models and techniques
- Perform skip-tracing to locate customers and update account information
- Accurately document account activity and customer interactions
- Process payments via check-by-phone and ACH transactions
- Support daily collections operations and perform additional duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of collections experience in sub-prime auto finance
- Working knowledge of FDCPA regulations and applicable state laws
- Strong negotiation, skip-tracing, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
