About the Role
The Auto Center District Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Auto Center Managers and Team Members across assigned locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving EBITDA performance, and achieving sustainable business growth through standardized routines, process efficiencies, and leadership development.
Additionally, the Auto Center District Manager identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability by implementing effective solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver targeted business results.
What You'll Do
Promote a customer-first culture by reinforcing exceptional service standards, operational consistency, and workplace safety practices.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational performance, facility appearance, brand standards compliance, and overall team engagement.
Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional corporate partners to execute strategic initiatives, drive operational improvements, and share best practices across locations.
Maintain flexibility to support business operations, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
