Who We're Looking For:

Collision Technicians:

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on collision repair experience (Required)
  • Skilled in structural and non-structural repairs (minor to heavy)
  • Commitment to factory-quality workmanship
  • I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred
  • BMW, or any other high-line OEM Certifications are a plus! (Porsche, Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, Tesla, Rivian etc.)
  • Team player with strong communication skills

In this role, you’ll carry out a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to top condition. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reinstall harnesses after body repair
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work
  • Use all body shop equipment
  • Prepare vehicles and/or parts for body repair work
  • Replace body panel and various parts
  • Correct errors in application of all types of body repair
  • Follow all procedures for a quality, lasting body repair
  • Perform body and parts repair and installation including, replacing panels, using bondo/body filler, sanding, aligning panels, body disassembly
  • Perform routine tasks in a fast-paced, body repair environment
  • Utilize basic body repair knowledge to support light emergency vehicle manufacturing
  • Replace damaged body parts on all vehicle
  • Perform auto body and parts repair including, replacing panels, using bondo/body filler, sanding, aligning panels
  • Inspect parts prior to body work and painting
  • Relaying information about auto body work to getting cars
  • Identifying and performing necessary body repair work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications
  • Repair full-frame vehicles and uni-body structural damage
  • Fill depressions with body filler, using putty knife
  • Perform paint prep/body shop repairs to company equipment
  • Perform accident and body repairs to company equipment
