Estimators / Service Advisors

You're a great fit if you:

• Handle high-volume estimates efficiently
• Write initial estimates and supplements with confidence
• Process both customer-pay and insurance repairs

Collision Technicians (A-Level)

You're a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of hands-on high volume collision repair experience
• Can manage everything from minor repairs to heavy structural work
• Specialize in panel replacement, structural repair, or frame straightening
• Hold or are pursuing I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications
• Take pride in factory-quality results

$60,000 - $150,000 Annual Compensation

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Valid Driver's License
• Proven experience in structural and non-structural repairs
• Ability to read estimates and repair plans
• Team player who communicates well
