Key Responsibilities

• Repair collision damage on a variety of vehicles
• Replace damaged body panels and components
• Repair dents and other body damage
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinishing
• Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for paint
• Apply primer and assist with refinishing operations
• Perform paint blending and spot repairs
• Assist with color matching
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the repair process

Qualifications

• Three to five years of collision repair experience
• Experience replacing body panels
• Strong body repair and refinishing skills
• Knowledge of vehicle disassembly and reassembly procedures
• Frame and structural repair experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, productive, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
