Key responsibilities include: assisting with basic auto body repairs under supervision, learning tool use and safety, participating in vehicle inspections, collaborating with team members, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications: high school diploma or trade/vocational training preferred, some experience is a plus, with strong interest in automotive repair. Must be at least 18, able to lift 50 lbs, stand long periods, and work effectively in a team.
Additional requirements: good communication, reliable transportation, adherence to safety protocols, professionalism, and willingness to participate in training and extended hours.
