Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in Autism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles
  • Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness
  • Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed
  • Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed
  • Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed
  • Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings

Job Details:

  • Casual/Per Diem non-exempt positions
  • $19.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour with bachelor's degree)

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication and proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
