An Auditor opportunity is available in Nashville, TN, supporting expense report review and analysis within Concur and Oracle Fusion Expenses. This onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage reporting, compliance checks, and employee support in a collaborative environment.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Setting: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze expense reports for policy compliance across Concur and Oracle Fusion Expenses.
  • Assess findings, prioritize risks, and prepare reporting for management.
  • Follow up with employees regarding missing, incorrect, or non-compliant expense submissions.
  • Provide guidance and customer service to employees needing help with expense reports.
  • Create, amend, and deliver queries and reports to support auditing, analysis, and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Concur experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Concur, Oracle Fusion Expenses, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain flexible and solution-oriented.
  • Comfort communicating quantitative and qualitative information to executives.
  • Internal customer focus and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Expenses.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, or Visio.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of finance, information technology, or sourcing and procurement processes.
