Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Manager (CPA) with 3–8 years of assurance experience serving not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, or/and privately held businesses. The Audit Senior / Manager will oversee client engagements, supervise team members, and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers opportunities for advancement, as well as FlexLife and hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- In-charge / Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion
- Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm quality standards
- Participate in firm initiatives and niche industry teams

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 4–8 years of public accounting experience in audit/assurance
- Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- Excellent communication and client service skills
