A highly respected and profitable regional CPA firm is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing Assurance & Advisory practice. This position offers exposure to a diverse client base, including both SEC and privately held companies across multiple industries, along with excellent advancement opportunities and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

You will be responsible for ...

• Perform audit, review, and other assurance engagements for a variety of clients.
• Develop an understanding of clients' businesses, industries, accounting systems, and internal controls.
• Assess risk and evaluate internal control environments.
• Perform and document audit procedures, analytical reviews, and substantive testing.
• Prepare and review financial statements and client deliverables.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff auditors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in all phases of engagements from planning through issuance.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

You need ...

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• CPA license preferred, or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
