Leads and supervises complex, risk‑based internal audits across the firm, overseeing the full audit lifecycle while ensuring compliance with IIA standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Direct and supervise audit from inception to completion including planning, testing, issue identification, workpaper review and reporting. Subject matter expertise in financial risk (credit/market/liquidity), enterprise risk management, capital planning and/or banking / capital markets products.Advanced understanding of applicable regulatory standards / guidance for a Bank Holding Company.Understanding of audit techniques, internal controls, and workpaper standards.Excellent communication, presentation and professional skills including the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
