Position Summary

Lead audit and assurance engagements, oversee teams, collaborate with Audit Partner, and ensure quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit/review engagements from planning through completion.
  • Oversee audits and reviews for for-profit and nonprofit clients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review staff work.
  • Maintain professional standards and firm methodologies.
  • Serve as primary client contact.
  • Collaborate with Audit Partner on strategy, scheduling, and execution.
  • Identify issues and drive timely resolutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 6 10+ years of public accounting audit experience.
  • Prior Audit Manager experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years as Audit Manager at current firm.
  • Experience with for-profit and nonprofit audits.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Stable employment history preferred.
