AUDIOLOGY TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
AUDIOLOGY TECHNICIAN DUTIES:
* Shall receive service members, explain methods of procedures, position service members, perform diagnostic radiographic service to service members. Technologists shall perform independent audiology examinations. Reviewing test results for quality control, contrast, detail and adequate demonstration of hearing.
* Document test results. Maintain documentation of all tests provided in accordance with directives and prepare such records and reports as may be required by the policy. Ensure all documentation and reports are legible and complete. The HCP shall prepare all documentation to meet or exceed established standards to include but not limited to timeliness, legibility, accuracy, content and signature.
