Audiology Technician, Acute Care Rehab
Location: UCHealth Memorial Hosp Central, Colorado Springs CO
Department: Acute Care Rehabilitation
Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Summary:
Performs delegated tasks that are prescribed, directed, and supervised by a certified and/or licensed audiologist
Responsibilities:
Performs projects delegated by audiologists to assist them with patient support.
Performs device support including troubleshooting and preparing devices for fitting.
Manage supply inventory.
Assist with newborn hearing screening program.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
