Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist

Locally owned, franchised hearing clinic is seeking a Hearing Care Provider for a patient centered team. Qualified candidates will be Audiologists or Hearing Instrument Specialists who are passionate about patient care & customer service while also focusing on sales. The hired person will play a vital role in assessing hearing capabilities and fitting appropriate hearing devices within a retail environment and be able to grow with the practice. Compensation range and structure will depend on the qualifications and the experience of the candidate and will have a base salary + commission component. We will have opportunities for CEU and also open to some flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Conduct hearing assessments to evaluate patient hearing levels
• Fit and adjust hearing devices from a variety of brands and drive sales
• Consult with patients to understand their hearing needs and preferences
• Troubleshoot and resolve device issues for optimal performance
• Perform routine device maintenance and sound testing
• Educate patients on proper device use and hearing care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficient in all aspects of hearing care
• Interest in sales and focus on strategically growing the practice
• Professional license or degree
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to mentor and coach a patient care coordinator
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting and record management
• Excellent attention to detail
