What You ll Be Doing
Lead, supervise, and motivate installation teams on commercial AV projects
Oversee installation of displays, control systems, and structured cabling infrastructure
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documentation
Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to ensure smooth execution
Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and job site safety
Mentor and develop Apprentice Electricians and Technicians across all experience levels
What We re Looking For
Experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, or Senior AV Installer
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage mixed-experience crews
Solid understanding of commercial AV systems and installation practices
Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
Experience collaborating with other trades and job site leadership
